Nehlsen has undergone a strong period of growth in recent years, expanding its traditional waste and resource management division both national and internationally, whilst establishing new business in other areas. This increase in business offers motivated graduates the opportunity to join our trainee-programme and prepare them for a challenging position in our company. The aim of the 18-months trainee programme is to give participants experience of the different business areas and develop their everyday approach to work. This enables graduates to gain a deep insight into the company, whilst supporting the company’s development through project work.
